FAQ

Common questions

Is electronics pickup really free?

Qualifying small electronics can be picked up for free. We ask customers to send photos first so we can confirm the pickup.

Do the electronics need to work?

No. Many working and broken electronics are accepted.

Will you pay me for my electronics?

Certain higher-value electronics may qualify for a cash offer. Send photos and details for evaluation.

Do you take TVs for free?

No. TV removal is a paid service starting at $50.

What happens to my electronics?

Depending on condition, electronics may be reused, repurposed, salvaged for usable components, or responsibly recycled.

Do you wipe hard drives and phones?

Yes. Commercial cleanout and lifecycle jobs include proper drive sanitation (NIST SP 800-88 style wipe or destroy, with certificates). That commercial lane starts around $500.

Can businesses schedule a lot pickup?

Yes. Offices, schools, and shops can request commercial cleanout / lifecycle collection with inventory notes and on-site or facility wipe. Proper drive sanitation starts around $500; larger lots are quoted from there.

How fast do you reply?

Most photo quotes get a same-day response when you text 601-348-1442.

Do you help nonprofits with lifecycle projects?

Yes. We work with Road to Responsibility, One Life at a Time (1lifeatatime.org), and the Town of Cohasset on commercial device lifecycle — cleanout, proper drive sanitation, and responsible disposition.

Do you help towns migrate to new cloud platforms?

Yes. For municipal partners like the Town of Cohasset, Reversal pairs device lifecycle (inventory, wipe, recycle) with migration off aging on-prem systems onto new cloud platforms.
